Xsis is on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-PRF-55310 Military oscillators. Xsis is also a leading supplier of Rad-Hard Crystal Oscillators for Space Applications. Xsis has performed extensive Single Event Latch up (SEL) and Single Event Upset (SEU) testing on its Space Qualified Crystal Oscillators.
